Some services may be offered as part of a subscription plan (Basic, Jump Start, Enterprise) or standalone offerings.
3. Subscription Plans and Payment
TRALG.CO provides multiple pricing options for its subscription-based services:
- Basic Plan: A one-time fee of $149.99, including business formation services, EIN filing, and access to foundational business tools.
- Jump Start Plan: A one-time fee of $629.99, providing additional support such as registered agent services for one year and custom operating agreements.
- Enterprise Plan: Initial fee of $2,599, followed by a monthly subscription of $399. Alternatively, an annual subscription of $4,588 is available, which includes a $200 discount.
All payments must be made in full before services are provided. Subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis unless canceled, and fees are non-refundable except as otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
4. Partnerships and Affiliate Programs
TRALG.CO partners with third-party service providers and affiliates to deliver additional services through its platform. By using TRALG.CO’s services, you acknowledge that some services may be provided by these third-party affiliates.
TRALG.CO does not charge customers directly for curated services provided through these partnerships. Instead, TRALG.CO earns revenue through B2B partnerships and affiliate relationships, allowing us to offer significant discounts to customers for using TRALG.CO as the gateway to partner services.
As we continue to expand our partnerships, our pricing structure and service margins may become more predictable. However, TRALG.CO is not responsible for the quality or delivery of services provided directly by our third-party partners.
5. User Responsibilities
By using TRALG.CO services, you agree to:

- Timely respond to requests for documentation, corrections, or updates needed to complete your filings.
- Understand that certain services, such as state filings and EIN applications, may incur additional fees outside of the subscription cost, which are the user’s responsibility.

Failure to provide accurate information or comply with these responsibilities may result in delays or the inability to provide services. TRALG.CO is not responsible for any penalties, fines, or legal consequences resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or late filings.
6. Refund Policy
TRALG.CO provides a 60-day money-back satisfaction guarantee for most services. If you are not satisfied with the services provided, you may request a refund within 60 days of purchase. Refunds may not be available for certain services, such as completed EIN filings, state registrations, or filings that have already been processed with third-party agencies.
To initiate a refund, please contact TRALG.CO’s support team at support@tralg,co. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the request, minus any non-refundable service fees.
7. Cancellation and Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team or through your online account. Cancellation will stop future billing, but no prorated refunds will be provided for the remainder of the subscription period unless specified under the Refund Policy.
TRALG.CO reserves the right to terminate your account or access to services if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or fail to pay outstanding balances.
Upon termination, your access to TRALG.CO services, including any digital content or masterclass videos, will be revoked immediately.
8. Privacy Policy

TRALG.CO’s total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for services rendered.
